Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PrintableCalendar.si (the "site") handles when you use it, and why.

Information we handle

1. Account information — the email address and name you sign up with, or that a sign-in provider shares with us if you use one, plus sign-in session data.
2. Orders and credits — what you bought, its status, and your credit balance and credit history.
3. Calendar settings and prompts — what you submit in the studio (months, calendar language, region, second calendar, layout settings and prompt text), stored with each generation record.
4. AI risk confirmations — when you confirm the AI full-image risk notice, we record the version of the notice and the time.
5. Generated calendars — the files the studio produces for you.
6. Technical data — information your browser sends with requests (such as IP address and browser type), used for security and rate limiting.
7. Cookies and local storage — a cookie for your sign-in session, one that remembers your website language and, where the cookie banner is enabled, your cookie choice. Notes in the free calendar are kept only in your browser's local storage and are not uploaded.
8. Payment information — handled by the payment provider at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.

If analytics are switched on for the site, the analytics provider receives page-usage data. When the cookie banner is switched on, advertising scripts load only after you accept, and Google Analytics (if used) runs in its consent mode.

How we use it

• To run your account, deliver what you bought or made, and keep your library.
• To check entitlements before issuing download links, and to apply credits correctly (including restoring credits after technical failures).
• To render and generate calendars from your settings.
• To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
• To answer support requests.

Who processes it

We do not sell your personal information. Information is processed by the services that run the site:

• Hosting, database and file storage — the site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure.
• Payment provider — processes checkout and payment.
• AI image provider — for the two AI modes, your prompt and calendar settings are sent to the provider that produces the image.
• Sign-in providers — only if you choose to sign in with one.
• Analytics providers — only if analytics are switched on, as described above.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Generations and downloads

• Generated calendars are stored in private storage linked to your account. Original files are not published at permanent public addresses.
• Only an account that is entitled to a file can request a download link for it. A link points to one file and is valid for 180 seconds; during that time it works for anyone who has it, so do not share it.
• Download links are not placed in page source, sitemaps or social-preview metadata.

Your choices and requests

When AI photo customization is available, uploaded reference photos are kept separately from the public catalog in private storage. We remove EXIF, location and other embedded metadata before storage. Uploading or requesting a quote does not send a photo to an AI provider. Only after you explicitly start a photo generation and accept the photo-sharing notice do we provide the selected APIMart model with temporary access to the selected photos. Each access grant lasts at most 15 minutes and stops working when the photo is deleted or the job settles. A person who obtains a grant can use it while it remains valid; do not share it.

Reference photos expire after 24 hours and become inaccessible then. Our cleanup task removes the stored photo bytes; storage outages can delay physical removal. You can request deletion earlier through the reference-photo API. Deletion revokes future access immediately and retries file removal if needed. It cannot recall a photo already read by the provider, remove the provider's own retained copies, or delete generated calendar files from your library. Job records retain the photo IDs, dimensions, consent version and billing history; embedded photo metadata and original filenames are not recorded. Provider retention and processing are subject to the provider's own terms and settings; this site does not promise provider-side deletion or a no-training arrangement that has not been verified.

The free local photo composer works separately: its photos remain in browser memory unless you explicitly use an upload feature.

You can review your purchases, generations and credits in your library and account pages. The site does not yet offer self-service account deletion or a full data export. Requests to access, correct or delete your information can be sent through the contact details that will be published on this page; we will handle them as the law that applies to you requires.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
