Choosing your photos

Shoot the front three-quarter view

Stand off one front corner and crouch to headlight height. This shows the shape of the car better than a straight side view.

Choose an empty car park at golden hour

Low sun brings out the bodywork, and an empty background is what makes a clean cut-out possible.

Hide your number plate if you share it

Cover or crop the plate if the calendar will be seen by other people. Please only upload pictures you have the right to use.

Questions

Can I use a photo of my own branded car?

For a personal calendar of your own car, yes. Our example car is invented and carries no badge. Calendars are personal keepsakes, not licensed merchandise.

Will AI reproduce my exact car?

Not reliably. AI may change details like badges or wheels. For an exact record of your car, use your own photo in the photo calendar maker.

Does it work for wide photos?

Yes. Choose a landscape page, then place the photo so the car stays clear of the months.
