Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use PrintableCalendar.si (the "site") to browse, download, buy or make 2027 calendars. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site offers

• Finished calendars — ready-made 2027 calendars that you can download as delivered (SVG, PNG and PDF). Some are free; others are paid.
• Background templates — reusable backgrounds that our program fills with the months, language and calendar settings you choose. Some are free; paid templates are bought once and can then be filled in the studio.
• The studio — three ways to make a calendar: procedural (no credits), AI background with program-typeset dates (uses credits) and AI full image (uses credits).
• Credit packs — credits used for the two AI modes.
• A free utility calendar at /free-calendar; its notes stay in your browser.

Every product page shows a free, low-resolution, watermarked preview. The original file is released only after the checks described in Download & generation rules.

Accounts

Downloading originals, buying, and using the studio require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity under your account.

Prices and payment

• Finished calendars, paid templates and credit packs are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
• The price is shown on the product page or the credits page and again at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not receive your full card number.
• A purchase gives you the entitlement for that product. While it remains valid you can request new download links for it.

Credits

• Credits are bought in packs and used only for AI background and AI full image generations. Procedural calendars and template fills use no credits.
• The number of credits a generation uses is shown before you start it.
• Retrying the same request does not charge twice.

AI full images and content errors

AI full images draw the dates, weekdays and text themselves and may contain mistakes. Before any credits are used you must confirm this risk yourself; the confirmation is never pre-selected. Once an image has been generated successfully, credits are not returned because of content errors in that image. Please check every AI full image before printing or sharing it.

Technical failures

If a generation fails for technical reasons — for example a timeout, a provider error or no valid image being returned — it is not treated as a successful generation, and the credits used for it are restored.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that apply to you and cannot be excluded by agreement. The content-error rule above applies only to the extent the law allows.

Download links

Download links are signed, point to one file and are valid for 180 seconds. Only an account that is entitled to a file can request a link for it, but during its validity a link works for anyone who has it. Do not share or publish download links. After a link expires you can request a new one while your entitlement is valid.

Using the files

• Calendars you download are for personal and household printing and use. Reselling or redistributing the files, or offering them for others to download, is not permitted.
• Previews are watermarked and may not be used in place of the original file.
• For calendars you make in the studio, you are responsible for the prompt you submit: do not enter content you do not have the right to use or that is unlawful.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to access files or accounts you are not entitled to, to bypass download checks, to overload the service, or to use it for unlawful purposes.

Accuracy of dates

Dates in procedural and AI-background calendars are computed by the methods described in Calendar systems. Second calendars are shown for reference; our calendars do not include public holidays, festivals or substitute workdays, and they are not an official holiday schedule.
