Printing guide

Pick the right file

• PDF — best for printing. Page size and margins match the product description.
• PNG — good for screens, phone wallpapers and photo printing services.
• SVG — vector artwork for designers who want to edit or scale the file.

Each product lists the formats it actually ships with. Not every product offers every format.

Paper sizes

Calendars are laid out for A4 (210 × 297 mm), US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) or poster sizes, in portrait or landscape. Print on the size the product was made for; a file made for A4 will have slightly different margins on Letter paper.

Printer settings

1. Open the PDF in your viewer and choose Actual size / 100 % rather than "Fit to page" if you want exact margins.
2. If your printer cuts off the edge, use "Fit to printable area" — the date grid stays inside a safe area.
3. Choose a heavier matte paper (160–250 g/m²) for a calendar that hangs flat.

Large prints

Previews are low resolution and watermarked. Only print the downloaded original. We do not claim that a file is suitable for any poster size beyond what its product page states.

Check before you print

Program-made calendars (procedural and AI background + program dates) take their dates from our date engine. AI full images draw the dates themselves and may contain mistakes — please check every month before printing.
